What’s this? A finished what?

Congratulations to me! I have finally finished my first sweater!

::cheers, whooping, applause, all that jazz::

Granted it came from a sucky pattern, with yarn that wasn’t called for, and the sleeves attach to the arms REALLY weird, but hey… it’s a milestone.

I made my son model this, because I have no 7 year old girls I can just call on for modeling duty. He made me promise to cut his head off in the pic so all his friends at school don’t see him. He’s so funny. (Insert witty joke that I can’t think of because it’s too late to think of jokes… here.)

So here it is, woo hoo! (I’m thinking of putting some design along the collar to imitate a necklace with a tick for a pendant. We’ll see.)
