Happy Weekend!
Were’nt the little lambs in yesterday’s post just the cutest? Such funny little faces . . . and the sweaters . . . well, sweater sleeves . . . too sweet for words, right?
Sorry - I think I messed up on the date that Lessa was awarding the movie tickets, too. Drat! I didn’t win ‘em, either. Sorry if you aren’t Michelle (she won the tickets), but happy for her.
Hey, Lessa! Hold another contest soon, okay? I’ll try to get the dates right and all. Hey! Maybe I’ll hold another contest HERE . . . ‘course the last one I held didn’t bring very much traffic . . . but, I’ll see what I can come up with. Drope me a note here in the comment section if you have an idea of a contest you’d like to see me do here at knitting passion.
On the needles: I’ve been working on the sweater for my coworker’s friends’s grandbaby. Cast on Wednesday night and worked on it during our ladie’s Bible study Thursday morning. Woman sitting next to me leaned over and said something like “you don’t like to waste time, do you?”
And, she’s right. I feel a bt nekkid if I don’t have something in my hands . . . on my needles . . . moving closer to becoming a cherished (one can always hope) finished object bound for someone to love.
I’ve put the sleeves onto waste yarn and am making the bottom of the sweater body now. Should get it pretty well finished this weekend I think. Then I’ll make a hat to go with it - and, yes . . . I’ll share pictures with you all.
This is the same pattern as the purple one I made before Christmas.
Well . . . it is time for me to get off here and off to bed. Have a great weekend. Stay safe . . . enjoy . . . see you here next time.
