Good News for Lyme Sufferers
I just got this note in the mail from Lisa:
“I’m just writing to share that we have taken one more baby step toward affecting change in the battle against the IDSA’s flawed guidelines on Lyme disease diagnosis and treatment. My analysis was recently forwarded my by state governor’s office to a state analyst; I’m pleased to report that the analyst saw enough credence in my argument to forward it to the state health department, to a doctor and lawyer who has the power to affect change in state policy. While nothing might come of this, I and others like myself have come one step closer toward getting the treatment we so desperately need, without having to fight an uphill battle in the process.
