Please pray for our friend Pauline.. she's back in the hospital.. getting another stent.. this time at providence.

		<description>I would say that the "right" way to hold the hook is "the way that gets the job done." lol.  I hold mine like a pencil, but have tried to hold it within my hand, as you do.  I'm told that would be easier on my arthritis.  Maybe after "speed" is no longer a concern, I can practice with it enough to do it efficiently.
